How to Order

Orders can be placed to The Williamson County Art Guild through several different methods - website, mail order, or phone.

• Website - ordering online allows a secure system shopping cart that will accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express using PAYPAL's online payment service.
  
  
• Mail orders - can also be taken but must include all of the required information such as item #, quantity, color, etc. (Using the online shopping cart, there is an option provided for mail in orders which will include all the necessary information in an easily printable invoice for your convenience.) Payment should be included in the form of personal check or Money Order. We cannot process credit card orders via postal mail at this time. Checks and money orders should be made out to The Williamson County Art Guild.

• Phone Orders: Phone Orders can be taken Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm CST. at 512 868-2862. Payment can be made via personal check, money order, or online using PayPal's secure service. Email confirmation of the order and receipt of payment will be sent to the buyer.

Payment Methods:

We can accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express using PAYPAL's secure online service ONLY; as well as checks or money orders. Your order will be shipped after payment has cleared.

Item Availability:

Each item offered for sale in the Williamson County Art Guild Gift Shop is drop-shipped direct from the artist. Availability of certain items subject to change without notice. If something is ordered that is no longer available from the artist and has not been removed from our store yet, we will let you know before processing your order and/or payment so that you may opt for substitution or deletion of that item from your order.

Shipping:

All items are individually shipped directly from each artist via USPS Priority Mail or buyer specified shipper. The cost of shipping is NOT included in the price. Taxes extra if applicable. A minimal handling charge applies to the total order. All other shipping methods such as UPS or FedEx will be recalculated based on destination and actual cost of shipment. If this is an international order, please email us the mailing address and we will send the actual shipping cost in advance of your placing the order.

Orders/Delivery Times:

Orders are processed and notification to artists to ship items will be sent within 14 business days. Once an order is processed, a confirmation message with tracking numbers of the shipments will be sent to the buyer via email. Due to the nature of drop-shipment and individual artist's schedules, your items will arrive in separate packages from each artist within a 6-8 week timespan. If you do not receive all of your ordered items, please notify The Williamson County Art Guild and we will do our best to track down your item or issue a refund of it's purchase price.

Return Policy:

Returns may be made within the first 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to pay shipping to return merchandise.

Custom Orders or personalized orders are not returnable. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm specifics prior to ordering.

Report damaged goods or discrepancies to The Williamson County Art Guild immediately upon receipt. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded as soon as possible.

Security and Privacy Policy:

The Williamson County Art Guild has taken precautions to safeguard customer, confidential information. Any personal information that is collected from customers, is used solely by The Williamson County Art Guild in the processing of orders. It is not sold, traded or rented to others. This information is for our private records only.
